Mikhail Krasnov a été co-fondateur du groupe Verysell en 1990, l'ancienne société Verysell Technologies et l'une des 10 plus grandes sociétés informatiques de Russie entre 2004 et 2011.

After originally training as a lawyer, Philippe retrained in business, communications, governance, media, and technology. He initially worked as a consultant for Deloitte and later ran operational companies for major telco brands Orange and Ooredoo.

Philippe became Global Head of Business Development for the Vodafone Group in 2018, a position he held until March 2024. Here, he delivered investment partnerships with multinational corporations, including global telecom operators, public authorities across EMEA, and international organizations such as The World Bank Group, European Investment Bank, and USAID. After becoming a Chartered Director in 2023, Philippe now advises a number of ICT companies as a Non-Executive Director. He also teaches MBA programs and supports several international charities.

Philippe holds an impressive set of qualifications, including a bachelor’s degree in law, postgraduate diplomas in telecoms and competition law, and master’s degrees in law, media & communications, business, and governance.

Over his career, Philippe and his teams have won multiple international awards, including Best IPO in the Middle East, Best Telecom Deal of the Year, Best Investment in Africa, Best Finance Deal of the Year, Best Partnership in the World, and Best Investment in the World.

Petr apporte 14 ans d'expérience juridique et financière. Petr a commencé sa carrière dans le secteur des hedge funds à Londres. Il a été des deux côtés de plusieurs opérations de fusions et acquisitions, et a travaillé pendant 3 ans dans la finance d'entreprise au sein de l'industrie informatique. Au cours des 7 dernières années, Petr a dirigé de multiples mandats complexes qui incluent des fusions transfrontalières, des restructurations et des litiges commerciaux. Il est diplômé de l'Université Cornell et parle trois langues.
